Duxton brand is born under Monument Lifestyle. When we get to know more from our community and realize it is hard to get men’s wear who carry large sizes in Singapore.  With the high demand requested from our community, Duxton officially launched the first collection in Spring Summer 2018. Collections included Hawaiian Prints  Shirt (Regular Button Up shirt) and knits in 3 styles – Crew Neck, Pocket Tee & Henley. Our very first collection is made in L.A. (You can tell from the box logo's main label). Soon we expanded production to Bali for linen,cupro & cupro tencel fabric, which is our best seller relaxed fit camp collar.

During covid period, we moved production to local and launched the M2M (Made to measure) program. Import fabric from Japan and get it sewn locally. In 2021, we introduced Resort collection with new fabric – Relaxed Cotton series, first ever bottoms introduced – Chino pants and lastly Board shorts.

Duxton is about the confidence that comes from daring greatly, stepping into the arena each day. And in the arena of modern life, often isolating and chaotic, we need things close to us, that touch us, to keep it real.

Duxton stories launched during CB, when F & B was going through the hardest period and we wanted to do something to support each other. Casting lists actually from our community included founders from Lucali, Hat of Cain, JAG restaurant etc. Check out Duxton website for more information.

Signature Fits

Regular Fit Button Up Shirt

With placket; normal shirt collar; curve hem; semi-casual; fitted to body;

Relaxed Fit Camp Shirt 

Without placket; camp collar; as known as Hawaiian shirt; straight hem; can be tuck in and out

Boxy Fit Camp Shirt

Without placket; shirt collar; inspired by 80’s oversized dad shirt; one size bigger than relaxed fit with 2” body length shorter; tuck out only

 

Fabrics are 100% Cotton imported from Japan. Limited size run and won’t be repeated once sold out.

Other fabrics name you need to know are:

  • Cupro – made of regenerated cellulose fibers from recycled cotton linter, it feel like silk
  • Cupro Tencel – produced in a 'closed loop' which means the chemicals used can be extracted after and the water reused. Feel like silk as well.
  • Linen
  • Relaxed Cotton – as known as Gauze, Double bubble; Content: 100% cotton
  • Chino – content 100% cotton
  • Cotton Slub – our knits fabric; 100% cotton
  • 95% Polyester/5% Elastane - Boardshort

 

Make to Measure VS Make to Order

Make to measure – tailor Duxton signature shirt, required to make an appointment and Duxton team will get customer measure. Customers can make payment online or in store.

Make to order – the prints we make into shirts is not your favorite fit, you can customize the latest print into any fit based on our standard size. Available online and in store (make sure fabric is available before proceeding with payment).
